QUERCENTIN NUTRITION

Vitamin C and quercetin co-administration exerts a synergistic antiviral action due to overlapping antiviral and immunomodulatory properties and the capacity of ascorbate to recycle quercetin, increasing its efficacy. Vitamin C is able to recycle oxidized quercetin, enhancing its antiviral effects.

The addition of microencapsulated flaxseed oil for superior nutrient absorption of Quercetin and Vitamin D3. Quercetin has a low bioavailability and absorption rate with a low-fat diet. Dietary fat improves quercetin bioavailability by increasing its absorption, likely by enhancing its micellization in the small intestine.
